Radish Leaves

Indeed, radish leaves can be eaten. The texture and flavor of radish leaves vary with the plant's age, but generally, they have a slightly fuzzy texture that softens upon cooking (we do not cook ours). The younger leaves are usually more tender and have a gentle flavor, reminiscent of spinach with a slight peppery taste similar to arugula.
