Crafted Salads

Our Greens

The LET-US Salad mix is comprised of the season's harvest and will change depending on availability.

Radish Leaves

Indeed, radish leaves can be eaten. The texture and flavor of radish leaves vary with the plant's age, but generally, they have a slightly fuzzy texture that softens upon cooking (we do not cook ours). The younger leaves are usually more tender and have a gentle flavor, reminiscent of spinach with a slight peppery taste similar to arugula.
